PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Youth Together (YT) creates a caring after-school community in which all students have equal opportunities to develop their personal visions. YT provides services and engages in advocacy efforts to improve student�s physical and mental health and strengthen their academic, social, and leadership skills.
